Real Estate Training Package Validation

The redevelopment of the Real Estate Training Package is nearing completion and Artibus is seeking final validation of the proposed package.

A public information session is being held at the REIV to present a project overview and the proposed structure of the new qualifications.

The proposed package is a result of 12 months of industry consultation and technical writing. This is your opportunity to hear how the package was developed and how it is intended to support industry skills outcomes.

The proposed package includes;

• Certificate III in Real Estate Practice
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Diploma in Property Agency Managment

The Certificate III is aimed at agency support staff and creates a clearer pathway into the real estate industry.

The Certificate IV has been redeveloped and streamed to better align with occupations in the real estate sector.

The Diploma has been refocussed on the function of agent principals and describes the skills needed to effectively manage an agency.
